Absentee Ballot Request Forms Coming By Mail

Vote Safe – Vote Absentee in June Primary

The Iowa Secretary of State is mailing Absentee Ballot Request Forms

to all registered voters in Iowa by the end of April. 

Fill out and return this Request for an Absentee Ballot - postage is prepaid and return ASAP, deadline for submitting absentee ballot requests need to be received by county auditor no later the May 22nd

You will then receive an Absentee Ballot, fill out and return the ASAP, postage is prepaid. 

You can track your absentee ballot at
